We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, with the guarantee that the products are returned in good condition.
• Customers have 5 days to return or exchange items. The request will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days.
• Due to hygienic reasons, socks, headbands and hair brushes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wholesale/consignment:
All wholesale/consignment items must be inspected upon delivery. Any claims regarding damages or defects must be reported to Maison Flow in writing within three (3) calendar days of receipt. If no notification is received within this timeframe, the items will be deemed to have been received in acceptable condition, and Maison Flow will not be held liable for any subsequent claims of damage or defect.
